Why can't I select another location to get delivery from? What’s the point? They advised me to add it to the app. I did and the app shows my card with the balance but does not allow me to select it as a method of payment. Corporate needs to fire and rehire a new IT team. I was on my work break so I gave up and went somewhere else. As I got no notification that my order went through I thought nothing of it. The next day I checked and it said the order went through despite the app saying payment froze. So when I used the customer service part of the app to sort Out the issue, the customer service people took many days to respond only to tell me that I have to go hat in hand in person to the location and ask for a refund. The customer service team did offer some free Quesada points. I’m rather disappointed that the inconvenience of the app has only led to even more inconvenience. And if I accept the points, then I will have to continue using the app which led to the inconvenience in the first place.
