App developers please improve the user interface of the app as I along with others feel less inclined to use it due to this. The osmosis app is much easier to use but this app is more relevant to UKMLA and UK guidelines ### 2/5 — App is terrible *2024-05-11, version 2.0.20* Decent questions but the app is terrible I’ve paid for the clinical bank and I can’t access clinical questions on the app? Also why is there still not an option for offline download? It’ll be stuck on please wait after the check box. You need to go onto desktop make a quiz and then go onto mobile and resume. It’s a real hassle and has only started in the past couple of months. ### 2/5 — App is sooo buggy *2023-05-11, version 1.10.2* I like Quesmed but my gosh this app is awful. So many bugs and nowhere to report them. Not sure what these developers are doing. Suggest they get to work on it as it’s a great resource if it functions properly. ### 2/5 — Don’t use the app *2023-04-14, version 1.10.2* The app doesn’t save your progress and times you out, also takes so long to load! Kinda frustrating! Questions are generally good but sometimes answers are inaccurate. The desktop version is mildly better, but it only works on Chrome. The app is awful though, better to use the desktop version. Loads for too long, randomly times out and logs you out, doesn’t save question answers sometimes. But unable to access it, despite resetting password several times. Tried to change password and it just keeps crashing. Tried re installing the app..still the same issue. I’ve paid the yearly subscription so expect better. ### 1/5 — sorry but what *2022-04-14, version 1.6.5* won’t let me log in once i changed my password, also takes sooooo long to load my exams would have been done by the time it’s loaded. it’s ‘convinient’? yeah if you’re on a four hour bus ride. disagree with prev review tho, both passmed and quesmed have their improvements to make but i defo did not pay so much for this app to behave like this ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App bugs *2026-01-30, version 2.3.1* As a website quesmed is fantastic and thought it does occasionally bug it usually works. The app however is a different story. I seldom have an experience where there isn’t a bug or crash. This has been the case since i first used quesmed in 2023 and i am disappointed it still is bugging. ### 1/5 — Please fix app *2025-01-17, version 2.2.1* If I want renal questions on the app, why am I getting cardio questions? 😪 Being able to test myself en route on my phone is one of the key reasons why I paid for this ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2024-10-13, version 2.1.7* The questions are very good , but there is significant issues with the formatting of words on the website , where sentences overlap one another making it really hard to read some of the questions - this is only seen in the past year question section . The app doesn’t work at all ! Shuts down as soon as it opens . I don’t think I am getting the service I have paid for . Crashes every time before I can even start doing question. Honestly not worth the subscription, passmed app is way better. This has happened multiple times when you just want to revise. Due to the fact we are paying a subscription fee and won’t get that time back it is unacceptable Within my first two weeks of subscribing the app was not working so I asked the company via email to cancel and refund my subscription, given I had not answered a single question. They refused. Clearly, lacking a level of understanding and compassion to understand that the app is not working and no questions had ever been answered so within 14 days why can’t I get a refund? ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — App dysfunction *2025-03-02, version 2.2.1* The app is total mess as it constantly logs me out and doesn’t save progress. Additionally, I have been unable to gain access in to my account even though I still have ample time on my subscription. To cap it off, there have been no replies to the mails I have been sending to their customer support. Nice work team :) ### 5/5 — Excellent Resource for exam prep *2022-10-01, version 1.9.1* Really recommend Quesmed for SBA exam prep! Questions can be tailored to topic by topic or general mock exams. The question banks have helped me so much in my own exam prep! Three months before my nationals I was panicking as I didn’t know how I was gonna manage learning everything in a short space of time. This question bank breaks down the specialities and provides notes that are relevant to passing the nationals. With a vast number of questions for each topic, you can get of practice and also try out the mock tests. After a short period of time, I was much more confident and successfully passed my nationals. So easy to use and a huge variety of topics to study. SBAs and flashcards can be used for different styles of learning and they even use an algorithm that repeats the questions you get wrong so perfect for revision!
