## What is Quessia?

Your attention, back. Quessia blocks the apps that pull you away while you study or work, and keeps the whole thing calm instead of guilt-driven.

It uses Apple's Screen Time. You choose the apps and app categories that distract you, and Quessia puts a calm shield on them when your rules say so.

FOCUS THAT STICKS

• Run timed focus sessions that keep your chosen apps shielded for as long as you need to concentrate
• With Study to unlock (Pro), every finished focus session earns a few minutes you can spend as a pass on the apps you block
• Track study hours by subject and watch them add up week after week
• Pick Normal, Firm or Strict for a session or a rule when you know you will be tempted to quit early

RULES THAT FIT YOUR DAY

• Block apps on a schedule, after a daily time limit, or always on
• Take a short pass when you really need an app, with a breathing pause and a one-tap reason first
• Use a partner code so a friend can hold the key to your rules (Pro)
• See your Screen Time and the time you focused, side by side

A CALM SHIELD, NOT A SCOLDING

When you open a blocked app, Quessia shows a quiet screen that gives you a moment to reconsider. No streak shaming, no leaderboards, no friend feed.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your choices stay on your iPhone. Quessia does not collect your Screen Time data, does not need an account and shows no ads.

HONEST ABOUT LIMITS

Quessia works through iOS Screen Time, so you can always switch it off in iOS Settings. Strict is a stronger commitment inside the app, not a lock iOS lets any app enforce.

PRICING

Quessia is free to use, with no ads. Optional Quessia Pro adds Study to unlock, focus profiles, partner lock, focus sounds and stats with CSV export. Choose a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings.
