But the interface with Ai bot coming in and causes many word to be deal as ban , payment gateway as well took long to process. Did hired a few and it’s best as can write review . I earned ₱500 for a task and my take home is ₱411. Plus you have to wait 5 working days for you to get it to your wise account (which has a lot of fees as well!) Some of us don’t want to do quests or be on standby for new quests , so the fact you can’t turn off notifications for nearby quests or blast notification is frankly a bit annoying. Some of us only want to post quests and receive notifications for when someone makes an offer on your quest. It would be kindly appreciated if the dev team could enable notification filter. Unless you’re forcing us to receive the blast notification because you’re charging the 10 sgd for blast notification and you’re treating our notifications as an ad space. Banning account immediately without giving any warning? That is unreasonable. Dont have any idea also how long they will work on it, no email confirmation nor updates. This is not friendly for first timers especially to those who are still navigating the app. Problem that the posters encounter is - they want to accept the offer and payment will be released after the task is finished but it seems that they cannot accept the offer because it will auto pay. Most of the task cannot be done and no heroes will he selected unless the poster will agree to pay first. Not sure if this is true but overall not good. I would prefer other apps than this. Super strict. Lot of banning accounts. No warnings. No good. ### 1/5 — Be careful *2025-03-31, version 2.6.1* Be careful! I’ve had multiple quest cancellations over a couple weeks (I have multiple posts hiring) due to heroes not being able to make it, but I’ve only been notified or ONE REFUND today, and it’s not even the full amount! They deducted a portion for god knows what. It literally says in their T&C that a full refund is applicable in the case that the citizen js not at fault. I have written multiple emails but HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE SO FAR. The ridiculous thing is, I have received a few emails from the founder (probably sent automatically) checking in on my experience with my quests. Apparently the team is not fully dead since there was an update about a week ago. Why are you guys ignoring the important things? As a student, Quest has been perfect. The flexibility means I can earn a little extra without messing up my study schedule. I just pick up jobs when I have free time, & it’s been such a helpful way to make some money on the side!! One of the things I appreciate most is how safe & reliable the platform feels. Everyone goes through a verification process, & there are even screening questions you can set before hiring someone to help you out!! The app itself is also super easy to navigate.
