New version keeps logging you out and requiring verification on each and every login even if you say trust device .  Don’t you test before releasing ?

Can you guys add follow bid and follow ask in the mobile app? This functionality is already available in Edge Web and Edge Desktop, so hopefully it shouldn’t be too complicated to add. And it would be very helpful for us.

I tried to write a message in the support chat window, but every time I tap the text field to type, the app opens then closes the keyboard, preventing me from doing so.

You can’t get help. The chat for help doesn’t even work. You have to click several times on the box to be able to write something that is wrong with the desktop app. After several attempts that took several minutes to just being able to write the problem, the only help was to remove the desktop app and reinstall it again and this isn’t the first time. 
Then for the phone app that makes it miserable to chat for help, the help is to remove the app and reinstall. Thanks for the support!!!

I’m sorry, I love you guys, but this new logo design with both apps is awful. I come from a graphic design background and the moment I saw it, I hated it. Terrible shade of green, it looks like baby puke and the logo feels cheap and gimmicky. Nothing was wrong with the old branding, had a nice professional feel similar to IBKR. This feels cheap like I’m trading on wealthsimple or something. I’d go back to the drawing board or reverse course.
