You cannot import your contacts. Therefore, you have to enter in manually. Very annoying. Not a timesaver at all. It’s also hit or miss on if you can even schedule your appointments or not. Sometimes numbers are disconnected. As of now, reps have to click declined in order not to call the disconnected number again. Clicking declined affects the reached percentage.
