## What is Queue Management System (QMS)?

QMS App allows you to have a much better experience when you are visiting a store.  

Before you visit a store, you are able to check how busy is the store from your smartphone and make a informed decision for your visit.  Instead of walking into a store and queuing to get your ticket, you can now get a virtual ticket from your smartphone when you are about to reach the store.  

The virtual ticket is now on your smartphone.  You can monitor the status of your ticket any time, anywhere.  The app shows the estimated time when you will be called, allowing you to use your time more effectively while waiting for you turn.  You are no longer restricted to wait in a designated waiting area. 

When it is near to your turn, the app will generate an alert for you to get ready to proceed to the store.  When your turn is up, the app will generate another alert and prompt you the information of the service personnel who will serve you.  You can then proceed to the service personnel or the counter to get your service.

The app also allows you to rate your service experience, allowing the store to improve their service quality.

Waiting for this kind of apps such a waste of time . Been waiting from 6.20am to get the number it still stuck . Even refresh it so many times . They want customer to use online system number but THEY DIDN’T FIX THE SYSTEM AT ALL!

If you want to keep waste your time to please use this app , anyway not like the citizen of Malaysia have any choice anyway, Penang government pretty much has zero capacity or capability in handling citizen needs , they probably are one of the dumbest country you could think of.

Installed it at the UTC to get a queue number, and was wondering what caused my battery to drain quickly the same day. Deleted the app, and battery issue solved.

I am a Malaysian but I mostly reside overseas as permanent resident. Every 5 years I have to renew the passport in Jabatan Imigresen. Unfortunately this app is not available in other country’s App Store which made it ridiculously hard for us. I have to 
- create a whole new email 
- to create a new Apple ID
- add a Malaysian payment method by borrowing someone’s CC Or TNG (overseas CC not accepted in Malaysia Apple App Store)
- use a Malaysian address and phone number 
- before I can finally install this. 

Please be aware that lots of people who need to use this app may not use Malaysian App Store so making it available for other country App Store would make life a LOT easier for all of us. Thanks.

Lousy the error message shows the service is not in operation although the branch is open and can’t see how many person is queuing now 
Think that they might closed the queue system or not link with this app

Downloaded this apps to get my passport for the first time. Luckily I managed to get a que number eventho it’s 8:30 am already (I refreshed it so many times😂) 

My number was like another 100 more so I came around 2pm. Very convenient bcs we no longer need to queue so long & go there so early just to make passport. The apps also reminds us few mins earlier to be prepared. 

Overall, it was a smooth experience for me🌟🌟🌟

I had a very great experience with this app, got my number at 6am and managed to arrive at the office by 10 number before me. What’s good about it, I also received a notification to be prepared at about 15 person before me. So when I arrived at the office, it took only 10 minutes before my number was called. Highly inconvenient!
