I’ve tried for a week at every 6am to get a number for passport. Even if i tried at 6, it’s either said not in service hour or connection slow since many people use it. Please fix this. I would do it online if i want to renew my passport but since i am a first timer, i have to go walk in. This is exhausting and wasting my time. It doesn’t even deserve one star for this app. ### 1/5 — Not work as expected *2024-07-27, version 3.9.44* The app says that I can Q from 6.20 AM but when I check at 6.15AM it already full which the app just lied to me. I want to settle my matter ASAP but looks like the app just no work as the app should be. Really disappointed. I standby to take the appointment as I need the ticket for walk in. I press at 5.55am shows that the operator not open yet. As I press at 5.59 and 6am, theres so many issue appear , at the at I waited for 19 mins , already full booked!! I dont think this apps helps people to settle their issues! Not very user friendly and creates more problems! Better no need use this apps! ### 1/5 — Worst ever system *2024-04-14, version 3.9.22* Trying to book via the app but at 6am and keep trying for 15 minutes with the system keep displaying error , and suddenly it did mentioned all que had been booked , how come ?? That’s really difficult as i tried as early as 6 am. I don’t see how this is convenient ? Please cancel this limit thingy. When tried to get new queue number, it says already have queue number. But somehow when I check my queue, my ticket disappear from the upcoming, when the staff checked it was at the history side and stated cancelled but I never cancel it. Not sure how this happen and the staff told me that this is normal for IPhone users. How this ridiculous could happen. I don’t even know is my queue still there or already been cancelled in their system. ### 2/5 — Re: queue system *2023-02-03, version 3.5.6* Officers are friendly but the on- line system particularly the transfer of money 10k & above has been a headache for me . Lately, the queue system requiring update but when i attempted to update, the Daisy wheel turned for about an hour & was still turning until i stopped it. ### 2/5 — App draining battery *2022-03-13, version 3.0.44* Just noticed this app actually draining battery in the background. I found when checking the battery status. Background process already disabled for this QMS app but i saw mobile data is on. I think because of that it always running in the background. This app is simply not ready for huge number of users. Come on QMS you got all the gov tender even for the gov hospital but your system still so bas as usual! Orang kaunter suruh download app ni sebab dah takde sistem tiket yang biasa, semua kena guna online jadi saya download lah untuk dptkan nombor tiket online but ya Allah !!! Stress betul nak dapatkan tiket online tu. Sistem QMS ni ada mcm waiting list jadi saya pun ikut je lah arahan pekerja kat kaunter tu suruh tapi memang sangat susah nak dpt tiket tu. It’s not just me, other customer pun experience benda yang sama. I wasted more than two hours just to get the freaking online tiket !!! Saya cuba tgk UTC area Sentul or Pudu but sama je mcm kat UTC Keramat ni. Like the title says, kalau betul2 nak cepat. Pergi je guna service buat online passport yang ada berdekatan UTC tu. Saya kena bayar a total of RM 230 untuk renew passport siap dengan tgkp gambar semua (30 ringgit dari 230 tu is service charge) [200 for passport utk 5 tahun] Kalau buat pagi2 guna online service tu, hari tu juga boleh collect passport sebab nak tunggu email dari jabatan immigration utk lulus tak lama pun. If everyday like how i get the ticket. Under 12 Years old say can go check in. It’s poorly designed and consistently causes problems. It’s incredibly slow, and the experience was nothing short of terrible. I had to wait since 5:50 AM, and when I tried at 6:00 AM, I was told the service wasn’t available yet. Then, at 6:01 AM, everything was already full! This is unacceptable and makes the whole process infuriating. Please fix these issues to improve user experience. Luckily I managed to get a que number eventho it’s 8:30 am already (I refreshed it so many times😂) My number was like another 100 more so I came around 2pm. Very convenient bcs we no longer need to queue so long & go there so early just to make passport. The apps also reminds us few mins earlier to be prepared. Overall, it was a smooth experience for me🌟🌟🌟 ### 5/5 — Super convenient and time-saving app *2024-11-19, version 3.9.58* I had a very great experience with this app, got my number at 6am and managed to arrive at the office by 10 number before me. What’s good about it, I also received a notification to be prepared at about 15 person before me. So when I arrived at the office, it took only 10 minutes before my number was called. Every 5 years I have to renew the passport in Jabatan Imigresen. Unfortunately this app is not available in other country’s App Store which made it ridiculously hard for us. I have to - create a whole new email - to create a new Apple ID - add a Malaysian payment method by borrowing someone’s CC Or TNG (overseas CC not accepted in Malaysia Apple App Store) - use a Malaysian address and phone number - before I can finally install this. Please be aware that lots of people who need to use this app may not use Malaysian App Store so making it available for other country App Store would make life a LOT easier for all of us.
