This app was great until I realized I can only add 3 services. And the customizations are very few. For instance, I don’t want it to say “services” but I have no way of changing that.

I don’t who used my email to leave a bad review I never loaded this item so gave it five stars now.
I have never used it.
Never loaded it.
Yet someone left a review in my name

Did you adjust the Settings and uncheck “Automatically remove all Customers by 12:00 AM.”?
