## What is QueUP?

Using this application, you can book your queue slot in advance and reduce waiting time at the Department of Immigration and National Registration, Brunei Darussalam. Register yourself and book your slot based on the services required. 

Booking through QueUP apps is only applicable for selected services at the Headquarters, Department of Immigration and National Registration. 

Current services applicable are: 

Smart identity card section

- Application of identity card 

Travel document section

- Application of travel document 

Visa, Visit and Diplomatic section

- Application for extension of visit pass 
- Application for extension of student pass
- Collection of visa approval letter
- Re-entry visa application 

Foreign Worker section (Company)

The app has a loophole that allows some users to pre-book appointments in large quantities for phantoms, thereby preventing other users from booking appointments in the near future. This create frustration and inconvenience for legitimate users of the app.

Unable to log in to the app due to error after changing password. No idea where to ask for help because there is none. And the Awful system of the Post Office to only accept QueUp for package pick up does not help. Horrible system.

Took an age to register. Takes an age to login. It’s quicker to drive to the office, queue up as normal than utilise this useless, put together joke of an App.

Lost my bookings many times. Contacted support and was told I booked on dates that have passed (how convenient). Hopeful that government would stop outsourcing to them.

I have a few incoming parcels and realised that I had to make an appointment. Upon checking the available dates, a few showed up as ‘green’ but has zero slots show up. The next available slot is in 2 months! :S Need to use a better system for efficiency and effective system for the community.
