Kudos to the makers of this app!! I was renewing my passport and booked the que number a couple of days prior. I went to the immigration at 7.40am, and the Queup counter opens at 7.45am. They scanned the bar code on my phone at 7.45am on the dot, seen at 7.50am and left the immigration at 7.55am! I thought this would never happen in this life time! Being used to waiting up to 4 hours my whole life! Feel like we are being left out. ### 3/5 — Immigration only *2018-08-07, version 1.0.6.1* At present, the service seems only to cover Immigration. If it could be extended to other government departments, that would help. It is also currently available only in Malay so non-Malay speakers will be at a diadvantage (although the developers have mentioned that there are plans to have an English version). Oner thing I cannot fault is the support and advice - fast responses, quick diagnosis pof problems and solutions provided. It asked for email for login but when trying to retrieve password it ask for username. I am still logged out. Upon checking the available dates, a few showed up as ‘green’ but has zero slots show up.
