## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 2/5 — There is not storage

*2023-11-26*

Cons- It doesn’t file/save your notes. You can only send it. Imagine sending it to someone random instead of simply saving it.

Pro is that it really easy to get your thoughts down. Using text, Voice or by scanning a picture

### 5/5 — Exceptional. The ultimate thought capture. One gripe.

Just read the other reviews if you need to know why it’s so good. Honestly, don’t. Just download it. There’s nobody who couldn’t benefit from it.

TO THE DEVS:
You’ve done fantastic work. Thank you so much. Please though, give us a widget for this. If you even went to make a Lock Screen widget and asked for money I would pay 5 bucks without blinking.

### 5/5 — FR-please add a widget for iOS16 Lock Screen

*2022-09-27, version 1.2.0*

Title says it all. Love the app and think Lock Screen widget would send it to the next level.

### 5/5 — Does exactly what it says it does

*2022-07-03, version 1.1.0*

and that’s all I need it to do! Very simple, and yes very quick.

### 5/5 — Outstanding and unique

*2022-05-07, version 1.1.0*

I’m finding myself using this app a lot—it’s simple yet powerful, everything it needs to be and nothing more. And it’s beautifully designed—and collects NO user data.

I love that there are no saved copies to have to clean up later. Just be careful not to accidentally touch the app’s delete button before you’re ready—once it’s gone, it’s gone, and shake to undo won’t bring it back even if you just deleted it, so I wouldn’t use this for anything that would take a lot of time to recreate.

If I could, I’d change the font to iA Writer Quattro and add some basic markdown shortcuts and syntax highlighting. But those may be beyond the dev’s vision for Quick Capture.

I’m very grateful to the generous developer for this excellent, unique, and free app.

### 5/5 — Best note capture app!

*2022-04-29, version 1.1.0*

This is a perfect app for someone like me who is constantly reading and researching and in need of capturing quotes from books. The photo feature is far more accurate than the one embedded in Apple Notes.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2022-04-04, version 1.1.0*

This app is amazing it is exactly what it needs to do. If you see a picture with text and you want to capture it this is the way to go.

Apple should buy this company and should incorporate these features immediately into iOS

### 5/5 — Super straightforward, well-designed note capture app

*2022-03-17, version 1.1.0*

I love how easy it is to capture text and share it wherever (ideas, quotes, whatever). Beautiful design that’s dead simple to use. Would recommend!

### 5/5 — Craftsmanship

*2022-03-01, version 1.0*

The design work and functionality here is incredible work. To make something so simple and beautiful is remarkable. Big fan!

### 5/5 — Clean, Functional, Good Design

*2022-02-23, version 1.0*

This app is really quick to get to the point and makes use of cool alternative ways of capturing text. Can’t wait to see where this app goes in the future.
