There’s no option to link a payment card and pay for exactly what you use, which is the bare minimum any legitimate charging network should offer. The analogy is simple: it’s like paying for gas with cash and having the station keep your change. No one would accept that at a pump, and there’s no reason to accept it here. This isn’t an oversight — it’s a deliberate design choice built to skim customer funds at scale. Unscrupulous. Do better. **Developer response:** Hi, we hear your feedback and would like to correct the misunderstanding. We have always allowed a card payment option to pay as you go on our platform. When starting a charging session, users can choose to pay directly with a credit or debit card. You can also find the payment profile section under the profile tab, you can then add a card under 'Payment Profiles'. The maps don’t work, the charging station locator is glitchy. Seems like someone started this app and gave up on it. I was hopefully but the reviews are true. The app is essential useless if it does not work properly. **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. Contact us support@integraenergy.com ### 1/5 — App doesn’t load *2025-12-02* Have installed and reinstalled multiple times and app stays stuck on opening screen. Old IntegraEV app doesn’t work anymore, and QR codes on chargers take me to a website that also doesn’t load past the Quick-Charge logo screen. These chargers are entirely inaccessible to me. **Developer response:** Hi, we understand your frustration and appreciate the feedback. The previous IntegraEV app was discontinued as we migrated onto the Quickcharge platform. During this time some users reported issues with the app flow, those issues have since been resolved. If you run into any further issues, please contact us at support@integraenergy.com. ### 1/5 — Their app i garbage you charge the car and no receipt and it works very slow *2025-10-31* Garbage app **Developer response:** Receipts for charging sessions are automatically sent to the email on file. You can always download receipts from past transactions under charging history within the 'Profile' section of the app. Feel free to contact us, support@integraenergy.com if you are having any trouble finding receipts. ### 1/5 — Literally never works *2025-08-05* Installed on 13. Just hangs on the title screen. Went through all the usual steps. Nothing. And these people wonder why Tesla has crushed them. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback, and understand issues like that are frustrating. We identified and resolved an issue that could cause the app to become unresponsive on the startup screen for some users, and the fix was included in a past update. Also, please ensure you are on the latest version of the app. Please contact us, support@integraenergy.com and notify us of any issues so we can implement a resolution. ### 4/5 — Pretty good *2026-06-12* Quick-charge is pretty good as far as how the app works. I think my issues lie more with the company’s settings for the app, namely the wallet. First of all, having a wallet that needs to be topped up instead of paying as you go feels so 2011. They support Apple Pay, they support storing a payment card, like why do I need to top up my wallet? I will forever have a random amount of change in my wallet that I will never be able to spend with this payment system and then they don’t offer refunds on unspent balance. Why? Who does that serve? But the app functionality is great. I like being able to scan the QR. Starting a charge is quick and easy. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback.
