I couldn't afford all expensive courses and huge books were disaster trying find code I had lots ICD-9 memorized and was very frustrating try figure out an ICD -10. Good example is 238.2 when doing biopsies or patient adds it to regular visit. And really don't know exact diagnosis until biopsy comes back.
