初期設定が上手くいかづ困っていたが、カスタマーサポートの方のレスポンスが非常に早く丁寧だったので、高評価。

ちなみにiPadで利用する時にウイジェット上のメモはキーボードで編集できるのでしょうか？

**Developer response:** ホーム画面の一番左端のページにあるウィジェット画面を出してください。（通知センターを開くのではありません。）
一番下に“編集”があります。
“編集”を押したら一番下の“カスタマイズ”をタップしてください。（iOS14ではカスタマイズを押すステップが一つ増えてしまいました。）

iPadも iPhoneと同じようにインストール、使用できます

表示を増やすにすると、新規入力画面になるのが馴染めない。
が、ロック解除しなくても操作出来るのはとてもいいです！
ロック画面に表示させるため、リマインダーやらメモやらを使ってましたが、一箇所確認すれば済む様になりました。
これからも使わせて頂きます！

表示を増やす、で新規入力画面になるのは設定で変更出来ました。

While testing the program, widget turned to Chinese. I had to reload program and it fixed problem. Decided to buy. Today widget tuned to Chinese again. Help section is no use in fixing problem? Going to website is no help either as there is no way to contact them. The only thing I can do is to contact Apple and report problem. I purchased program due to widget input. I love program and would have given it 5 stars if it widget was on English.

The application has two keyboards.  Japanese and English.  Tap "Globe Icon" to switch languages just like other ordinary keyboards.  For a contact email address, please tap "App Support" on this screen.

However, when we tried to reply to your email address, your email server rejected our mail. (Please check that your email server does not reject emails from outside the US.)

Here's our reply (attachment missing):
	
- The language settings in the widget is independent from your general keyboard’s language settings. Even though you haven’t installed Japanese keyboard in your general keyboard, our widget always does. (you can’t remove Japanese keyboard.)

- Tap “Globe button” shown in the attachment.  You must already know that you can change keyboard by tapping “Globe button” when you are using general keyboard.  Do same thing on this widget’s keyboard.

Attachment is missing here, but "globe icon" is clearly visible in the center of your keyboard next to "123" in the screenshot you sent us.

最近ロック画面のUIがほぼ使えません。

すごく便利なので他に代えがないのですが、iOSのアップデートについて行っていないのでは？？
あまりに落ちすぎで、機能的に不足している他のアプリへの乗り換えを考えるほど…

iOS更新毎にちゃんと検証して修正して欲しいです。

通知センターで登録した文字を押すとメニューが出てくると思うのですが、≡マークの位置がズレていて、ゴミ箱のマークが押せません。押すと「読み込めません」と出て しばらく固まります。

iphone8 で使用しています。すごく便利でしたが、文字数が多く2行に渡るメモの場合、18、19文字目が切れて表示されなくなりました。改善していただきたいです。
