## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.7 — 2026-09-01

This update catches the app up with everything the web app got over the summer.

- Notes on highlights. Tap a highlight and choose Add Note. Notes show up under the quote wherever highlights are listed, and sync with the web
- Trash. Deleted articles now go to the Trash for 30 days instead of disappearing for good, so you can restore one if you change your mind
- Save text. The Add button has a new Text tab: paste or type anything and it becomes an article in your queue. The share sheet now accepts plain text too, so you can save selected text straight from Notes, Mail, or a PDF
- Podcast transcripts. Episodes with a transcript show it under the show notes, and tapping a timestamp jumps the player to that spot
- Highlights deleted on the web now disappear from the app on the next sync

### 1.0.6 — 2026-08-23

Lots in this one…

- Podcasts now play in a better player
- Feeds get their own page
- Voice picker in settings
- Customize swipe actions
- TTS should load faster
- TTS word highlighting is purple again
- UI generally looks more like the web
- Sort the queue how you want
- Large archives load quicker
- Switching between tabs is quicker

### 1.0.5 — 2026-08-09

This update improves the engine that turns saved web pages into clean articles.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-08-08

Quite a bit in this one.

- New API key-less onboarding
- UI refinements across the app
- Massive iPad updates (drag and drop, better keyboard support, better split view)
- Search
- Better highlights and tags support
- Better audio player with more clear status messages

### 1.0.2 — 2026-07-22

You can now change the audio playback speed, up to 2x.
