This use to work great. But for the past year or so I can’t get it to work at all. Sign in doesn’t work, Refills don’t work, nothing works. Then I would have multiples of every patient. I would delete medications and they would reappear. I removed the app then tried to add it again when I couldn’t get it to load at all. It still will not open. Now I can’t even sign in to the account at all. It will not let me reset my password either. It was so convenient in the beginning. I wish it worked still. This is very frustrating. It was so much easier than calling in the refill using the automated service which is also quite cumbersome. I am thinking of changing pharmacies altogether. Bummer. It was so convenient and easy to use. Then this past year the problems started. My info would not load. Could not refill any scripts. Now I can’t log in, it says my password is wrong and it will not let me reset it. It is as if nothing has been set up, however it has been. We've been customers of this pharmacy for many, many years. It would be nice if the app would work as intended. Instead, we just have to wait until the pharmacy opens and tie up their phone lines to manually call in a refill. It seems counterintuitive to do so, when the app is available to do these requests without bothering the employees by phone.
