Recently I tried another one because I was having issues sending invoices by emails, they will stay in the outbox until I opened the email app. I ended up using Quick Sale again because Invoice To Go didn’t come close to providing half the features this one do. Thanks for such a great program! I still have the same issue with the email not going out once in a while. Very user friendly, keeps track of outstanding invoices, payments, paid invoices, estimates, monthly and yearly reports. You can break it down to items or services billed. You have to initially set it up but very easy to do. Love this program. I recommend it to any business small or large, mobile, in home it doesn’t matter. I highly recommend! ### 5/5 — Best invoice app ever *2021-06-25, version 2.7.27* I’ve been a customer since 2014 on their 1st gen app and have done everything from estimates to quotes to invoices and at the end of the year it shows product sales and taxation along with the labor. Then I had a issue from my iPad update from their iOS and downloaded the newer version and the tech support walked me on retrieving my old app and once it came back I transferred to the new version and love it. I’m a little fish in a ocean but with average sales and service of $400k a year using this app allows me to keep my profits. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Screwed over previous users *2026-01-21, version 2.8.9* I’ve pretty much been using this app since it launched and then development completely stopped on it for a while and all of a sudden it’s been restarted but as a subscription only app. My company, invoices, etc. were all completely wiped out and are (presumably) being held hostage unless I want to pay a subscription fee. This is NOT the way to treat loyal customers that provided the valuable feedback and usage that built the app up to what it was. Update: developer responded saying to just restore previous purchase. In the version I have (Quick Sale Pro 2.7.14) when you tap upgrade, it states no additional products are available for this version and Restore Previous Purchased is grayed out. Previous users of the app have full access to the features, you only need to login to the App Store with the Apple ID used to purchase the original app and then use the 'Restore Previous Purchase' option available in Quick Sale > Settings > Subscription. ### 1/5 — 2 identical apps on the same iPad. *2025-07-28, version 2.8.9* They created a different app but identical to the old one so they charge more money. Now that I bought the full quick sales app several years ago . Please please please update!!! ### 1/5 — Delete old items *2020-08-13, version 2.7.27* There is no way to delete old items, this is a massive problem when you have thousands of items or categories no longer needed. Setting the item as inactive is not a solution to this problem, we now have over 30000items in the database of that only 5000 are active and currently being sold. When you try to set the old items to inactive they still appear in the active item list and item search and can be added to a current invoice as they were used in a previous invoice. There is no need to keep items that are no longer sold in the database and a bulk delete option needs to be available. I am in awe of how much time it is saving me and I can generate invoices In the field anywhere at any time. The developers have given us a body and if we fill it out with our data then this app will save you time, just as it has saved me time. The data you input can be backed up, in multiple formats to a a number of services (local and cloud) and restored from those services to suit your business needs.
