But, there's a major issue that makes mass texting frustrating: when adding contacts to a mass text list, the app only pulls business phone numbers — not cell phone numbers. Since most people can't receive text messages on a business line, this makes the the main feature unusable. This seems to be straightforward. When I text people, I didn’t even notice I wasn’t texting their cell phone. So know I am wondering if anyone even got my text. Also, how do you make corrections to a group? I end up deleting the name and reentering it correctly. I like being able to follow up on a text if I haven’t gotten a response. Unfortunately, due to iOS restrictions, apps like ours aren’t allowed to monitor incoming text message responses or their status. That said, we’ve shared this feedback with our team and are always exploring any compliant ways to improve follow-up workflows. We also hear you on wanting more guidance. But ITS NOT don’t buy this. You can’t actually send mass messages, it literally just is a copy paste service and has totally wasted my precious time. Seriously what the heck ### 1/5 — CEO *2025-07-04, version 2.06* Does not work properly ### 1/5 — BEWARE: DO NOT USE *2025-06-16* Using this app got me flagged on Apple and deregistered my iCloud account (you lose all Other purchased Apps AND your account.) Quicksend takes NO responsibility, claims they “don’t handle,” refunds only the App store does. Apple refuted this- Quicksend in fact determines the approval of refunds (yes all transactions are through the App store). I paid for a year and will nit use the for next 11 months and 3 weeks- for fear of this happening again. Reported to FCC, BBB, State Attorney general and Play Store. DO NOT USE THIS APP- they refuse to address this situation in any fair way. **Developer response:** Hi Vince, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. We appreciate you giving the app a try and hope to see you as a user in the future. ### 1/5 — Do NOT rely on this App *2025-02-14* I paid money to get the premium version of this app. I organized an event where we collected 200+ people’s phone numbers and were planning on using the app to announce the winning raffle numbers. Did a test run on a small group and worked fine. On the day of the event, did not work at all. Waste of money, completely messed up the logistics of the event, and annoyed we even bothered collecting phone numbers from all of those people and uploading contacts to the app. I hope whoever designed this never sees peace. **Developer response:** Hi!
