Unfortunately lately the app has not been working. You can’t place an order or register into your new account. For a large company like elgas it’s a pretty poor app from my experience.

Don’t bother.  Easy enough to place an order but it takes days for that to translate into delivery.  Online ordering is just as bad.  If you need gas ring - expect a long wait on the phone but at least you’ll know the order is processed.

The app is flaky, clunky and buggy. Should make the process of ordering a cylinder replacement easy, but it fails. Tried to send feedback using the app, but the text input box failed half way through typing a short message! Sooo looking forward to being gas free in the near future!

Used to work but no longer. After pressing “Account”, circular arrow circles endlessly. Deleted and re-installed but no difference. No stars.

Just allows me to order gas. So why would I need this when I can sms or call or use the website??  

What I want is actually have this all automated so you can figure out how much gas is left and you just send more gas.

this app as a single purpose which is to let you quickly order a new gas bottle for exchange. It works really well and it’s very simple. It doesn't do anything else. It’s like one of those Amazon buttons.

I love this app because it’s ridiculously simple. You open it and press “Confirm” to order a gas bottle. Then your gas bottle gets changed over. That’s it. It doesn’t pretend to do anything else. There is beauty in simplicity.

Can’t see cost of bottle before ordering so very frustrating.
