Software has been changed, I freshly topped up my wallet before the software change .. Now I’m unable to login due to change of software which hasn’t been implemented onto the ios platform. Wouldn’t advise using these scooters … Unreliable service and no customer service ! I’ve lost 50 euro deposit! Keep ya money safe ! Don’t let these scammers take it !

The app doesn’t even work. You scan the code on the scooter and the website isn’t available. Download the app and it prompts you to put in your phone number so they can send you a code and the code never sends.

New to the scheme, got the app, registered, scanned the code - scooter not working. App registered the ride regardless, charged once.
Faulty GPS on second scooter did not let me return immedietaly after ride. Charged again. Got the ticket reply after more than 24 hours. Thanks, I'll pass.

2 hulajnogi byly schowane w zamkniętym sklepie czy mieszkaniu (wiem nie ich wina ale da się rozpoznać takie niedostępne urządzenia!) a 3 poprostu nie działał mimo ze aplikacja pokazywała pełną baterie. Obsługa klienta w ogóle nie odpowiada!

App is full of problems. Sometimes you start a rental but the scooter doesn’t work. When you message the company for a refund they don’t reply. Sometimes when you end a rental they continue the clock and you end up paying much more. This company needs to refund unfair charges, and they need to communicate properly with their customers.
