I paid off the latest loan and now it is stuck on error 0091. I followed up several times and same nonsensical answer. Now it says you can withdraw money but it ends in error. Bizarre. It will ask for verification of a bank account every time you log in and add a bank account; the worst thing is you can’t revoke your permission to share a bank account from your account; you will have to change the password to prevent them from accessing your account. The app couldn’t work beyond card verification, yet I got the message to apply on 11/16, and when I tried to delete the account, I couldn’t find any option to do that; I had to send a message to ask them to delete my information. This app has came in handy. My grandmother passed away and was having a memorial up in Long Beach. I live in San Diego I had no money but $.30 to my name this app allowed me to go to the memorial for my grandmother.
