I downloaded this along with a couple other QuickBooks apps so I could create invoices on the side of the road for customers. My current pro's and con's of this are as follows... Con's: 1) This app does not ever update. In Vendors Section, invoices are not there. I can put them in on when i am fixing to create an invoice to have parts for the invoice, but nope they do not ever show up. 2) Customer Section does the same thing. If the customer pays via the email link it will not show they paid for days or weeks, most time's not at all. 3) Creating an invoice for a customer is mind boggling. There is absolutely no easy way about doing it. My husband gets so itchy with me over the amount of time it takes to make one simple invoice. Pro's: 1) If I had my desktop computer available, I can see the updates too invoices right then and there. But since we are in trying to build our own shop that is not an option right now. 2) I can request customers signature on screen with my phone or tablet. And when invoice is printed their signature shows on the printed invoice.. Wish they would fix these issues, and make it more a user friendly app... ### 1/5 — Horrible product- not able to send invoices *2024-11-13, version 4.6.11* Created an account to connect w clients and the option to send invoices was not available. After requesting getting transferred to 5 different agents in different teams, none of them was able to tell me how to send an invoice or tell me why I was not seeing the option. Seems like a simple request, but the teams in charge don’t seem to know their product or how to trouble shoot it. ### 1/5 — They will shut down your account without telling you why *2024-10-07, version 4.6.9* Only have QuickBooks as a way to send invoices to wholesaler businesses. Didn’t use the card ever. I’m guessing because I didn’t want to comply with their psi program for $155 subscription that they closed down my account. I have no way to confirm this though because no one can tell me why they actually closed my account, not even the representatives at Quickbooks customer service could figure it out. Hard pass. Glad I didn’t have any funds stored. Who knows if I would’ve gotten it back. ### 2/5 — Lacking Lots of Features *2024-09-28, version 4.6.9* Compared to my regular bank, this is missing many important features. For example, my other bank will draw money from savings into checking automatically when making a payment so that I can maximize my interest rate. My other bank also lets me make payments directly from my savings. This bank has neither of those features. Lastly, this bank won’t sync to any budget tracking apps. I’m now removing my money from this bank to return to my other bank. ### 1/5 — What are you doing quickbooks!? *2024-09-17, version 4.6.9* I’ve never seen a company who’s business model is change the platform so much none of our customers can learn a dedicated system. The platforms change every couple months, and the functionality changes every other week. At this rate I’ll have to learn a new system just to send an invoice every week. It’s idiotic QB. ### 1/5 — Will not process payments. Never worked. Undependable *2024-08-17* I signed up my business to be able to send invoices to get paid. So far none of my customers have been able to pay my invoices through this app. It denies them on every route they try. ACH, debit/credit, venmo , land the other options just declined on the customer. I called customer support and they said their internal systems deemed it “risky” and couldn’t process payment. Risky? Its a normal credit card… The customer rep couldn’t help me at all and the customers were upset they had to seek other routes to pay me. I will not recommend this to any of my other friends with businesses and I'm signing up with a better program so I can get paid easily. What a joke this app was, save your time and frustration and seek other venues. ### 1/5 — Incompetent liars *2024-07-15, version 4.6.8* I called because an invoice was paid. I was told my funds would be available the following day. From there I was told 4 different times of when I could expect my funds to be available and it was wrong every single time. Every time I called I was given an excuse. Their call center agents are as useful as an ashtray on a motorcycle. Their supervisors are even worse. ### 1/5 — Crashes on startup *2024-05-28, version 4.6.7* app used to work great, but for the past few months it crashes on the loading screen after I log in. I’ve tried multiple iPhones all running latest updates. ### 1/5 — Always crashing never loads! *2024-05-13* Ever since they switched the banking from the QuickBooks app to it own app, I’ve had nothing but issues! The app is always crashing, it never loads, and I’m always having to close the app out and when I try logging back in it doesn’t load. I can’t see how much money I have on my cards, and I can’t see my transactions because I can’t even get the entire home page to load. I recently bought a new phone and it did the same thing on my old phone so I know it’s not my phone or service. This is the only app I have issue with! Please fix the bugs because I use this app for my business! ### 1/5 — Won’t load *2024-05-07* App never loads. Started my own company in NOV. 2023, I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times throughout the last 4 months. Wifi, Cell signal, doesn’t matter. Then when it does load and allows me to sign it, it gets stuck on the home page and doesn’t load any further. Have to log in using website to manage money. If this app worked properly I’d give it 5 stars but the last 4 months had been very disappointing. Still after multiple conversations with “We Care” or whatever your service department is for this app. It still doesn’t load. No matter what. I got checks I’m trying to deposit and can’t even get onto the app to check the account. Beyond frustrated with this product. **Developer response:** It's troubling to hear that you haven't been able to utilize the App in that long. We'd love to look into this with you. The customer support and the greendot team kept tosing me back and forth for 2 hours not knowing what to do ### 2/5 — Doesn’t allow multiple users to login *2024-05-01, version 4.6.6* Thought this would be great for my LLC… Turns out they don’t allow you to share an account with your business partner. Weird that they ask for all of your partners information (address, birthday, SSN) but don’t allow them to create a login to access the account. To me this is only a good product for people who own an LLC themselves and do not have a partner. ### 1/5 — Pay stub *2024-04-25, version 4.6.5* Once I deleted the app and reinstalled it I can only do my time clock I can no longer view my paystubs ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Don’t do business banking with qb *2025-08-19, version 4.6.16* So if for some reason, you should be so lucky as to be receiving money back from the treasury maybe for an abatement or maybe for a refund for whatever reason these guys don’t take the checks on mobile deposit. Mobile deposit is reasonable enough right because a lot of banks have that restriction but not only do they not take that you have no physical address to go to to drop your check off at so I was told to just Start a new business bank account in order to be able to deposit my check ### 1/5 — No customer service *2025-08-01, version 4.6.16* Someone took money from my account and it’s impossible getting my money back. There’s no one to talk to, the virtual assistant crashes the app every time, and you get transferred to one foreign CSR to the next. Nothing gets solved. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. This is not like a traditional bank where they can help. It’s almost like they don’t want to help now my money is gone and there’s no hope of getting it recovered. I’m lawyering up about this. Every time I open the app, it tries to sign me up for something and then says no business associated with that account even though I can access account from desktop ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-06-07, version 4.6.15* I tripped some kinda of fraud alarm and have been treated like criminal by Intuit tech support. They have put my checking account on hold and locked the deposited money away. They say they might return money in six months. This is not how a bank account should work. They wanna hold your money for five days when your customers paid with a credit card so they receive their money. A small business cannot make it when people play with their money. Try depositing another check” or “There was a network or server issue. Let's try again, ” is what the app says when trying to deposit a business check. Vendor already replaced their original check and I have no WiFi/5G LTE issues. No human support for troubleshooting, just AI. No physical ATM locations for deposits either. ### 1/5 — This app is fake *2025-01-27, version 4.6.13* All this app does is collect your standard Intuit login info, then asks for more personal information and then you get stuck on a screen saying you’re applying for a checking account. How did Apple let this fake app through? Don’t download!!!! Fake app!!!! ### 1/5 — Avoid Confusion Do Not Use *2024-12-31, version 4.6.13* Quickbooks Morning and its app is terrible. I signed up as it was at the bottom of my client’s email and it is a nightmare I am still trying to unravel. Now my client can’t see my banking details in their portal. I no longer get the payment on the way emails from my client And I am being paid days after everyone else. Please avoid. Your client probably isn’t inviting you to Quickbooks Money.
