QuickCast is the fastest way to capture a voice message and ship it to a webhook. Record a thought, tap once, and it lands in Slack, a Zapier flow, your own server, or wherever else your workflow lives. Core features • Instant one-tap recording, optimised for speed. • Real-time speech-to-text transcription that runs entirely on-device and works offline — your audio is never sent off your iPhone to be transcribed. • Unlimited webhooks with custom headers, methods, timeouts, retry policies, and per-webhook WiFi-only delivery. • Multiple audio formats: AAC, WAV, Opus, FLAC. • Configurable sample rate, channels, bit rate, and quality presets. • Offline queue with automatic retry when the network returns. • Full recording history with waveform playback, share sheet, and per-recording detail view. • Home screen and lock screen widgets, plus Siri and Shortcuts integration. • Storage management with automatic cleanup rules. Privacy first QuickCast does not require an account. There are no ads, no third-party advertising SDKs, and no advertising identifiers. Recordings, transcripts, and webhook settings live on your device and are only ever sent to the webhooks you configure. Anonymous usage analytics and optional crash & error diagnostics are strictly opt-in, off by default, and processed by privacy-focused EU-hosted services. Create reusable Webhook Groups in Settings to fan out a voice note to Slack, your automation hub, and a personal backup in one tap. Partial failures are tracked per-webhook with a dedicated Retry button. • **Searchable history with tags** — Full-text search across transcripts, webhook names, file names, and errors. Organise recordings with custom tags, favorites, sort options, and an advanced filter sheet for dates, duration, and status.
