Even when I allow the app to generate its own password and store it for future… guaranteed it’s going to say wrong password and I’ll have to reset it the next time I log in. I’m usually on the go when I stop by quick check… so it’s a major inconvenience. I went to convert my points into a lunch but the order wouldn’t go through, error message on their end, go to redo my order and all my points are gone. Emailed customer support and they got back to me once and verified where my points went but stopped getting back to me when I mentioned that there was an error that stopped the order and stole my points.
