## What is Quicken Music?

HOW TO GET STARTED
• Teachers: create your studio first at quickenmusic.com — your first ten students are always free — then sign in here with the same email and password.
• Families and students: your teacher invites you by email. Open the invitation, set your password, then sign in here. Family accounts can’t be created in the app on their own.

Quicken Music is for the teacher running a studio out of a spare room, a church hall, or the back of a car.

YOUR WEEK, AT A GLANCE
Every lesson, every student, every location. Reschedule a lesson and everyone who needs to know is told. Book two students into the same slot and the app says so before you save, not after.

NOTES THAT SURVIVE THE WEEK
Write up a lesson while it's fresh. Every note stays attached to the student, so when you're asked what they worked on in March, you can answer.

PRACTICE YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE
Students log what they practiced and for how long. You see the week without asking, and so does the family.

MESSAGES IN ONE THREAD
No more searching three apps for the message about Thursday. Every conversation with a family lives beside that student's record.

INVOICES, AND THE AWKWARD CONVERSATION YOU DON'T HAVE TO START
Send an invoice in a few taps. Families pay by card, or tell you they've paid by cash, cheque or transfer. Overdue balances surface on your dashboard so nothing is quietly forgotten.

FAMILIES GET THEIR OWN APP
They see the schedule, practice, notes and what they owe — without a phone call.
