## What is QuickInspect.me?

Everything HSE, in one connected app — capture on-site, close the loop automatically, and prove compliance on demand.

QuickInspect.me replaces the clipboard, the spreadsheet, and the pile of disconnected tools. Inspections, risk assessments, incidents, training and hazardous materials all live in one place — and they talk to each other.

WHY TEAMS SWITCH

• Close the loop, automatically. An incident's root cause generates a training recommendation. The worker completes it. The gap closes itself — no copying data between tools.
• Works offline, always. Capture findings, photos, GPS and signatures in the field. Everything syncs the moment you reconnect — the inspection never waits on a signal.
• AI that understands safety. Draft a full risk assessment by chatting with an assistant. Two-pass hazard detection catches what checklists miss. Ask a safety question, get an instant expert answer.

WHAT'S INSIDE

Inspections & Audits — Build templates, score automatically, attach photo evidence.
Risk Assessments — AI-assisted, consistent and fast for every job and workplace.
Incident Reporting — Log accidents and near misses in seconds, with notifications and follow-up tracking.
Safety Training — Plan, deliver and document toolbox talks; automatic competency tracking per worker.
Hazardous Materials — Import Safety Data Sheets from PDF with GHS classification and substitution assessment.
KPI Dashboard — LTIR, TRIR and compliance scoring at a glance, ready for ISO 45001 audits.
AI Safety Expert — Instant answers, with video escalation to a human HSE expert when it matters.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.16.0 — 2026-08-11

What's new in QuickInspect 1.16.0

Our biggest quality release ever: we went through the entire app the way your teams use it every day - every role, every screen, every workflow - and improved more than 170 things, big and small.

The app never fails silently anymore. If something cannot be saved, you see it immediately - no more forms that looked saved but were not, on actions, inspections, permits, zones and readings.

Inspections: answers save the moment you tap them, resuming lands on the question you left, and unanswered questions no longer count as "No" - your compliance score reflects what was actually answered.

Permits: every team member can now create permit drafts and run pre-checks. Filters and summaries show proper names, and the compliance matrix counts permits in nested zones correctly.

Training: resuming a training after leaving mid-exam works again, typed slide text is never lost, and the leaderboard loads.

Actions: closed actions can be reopened with a documented reason, assignees can complete their own actions, overdue items are clearly marked, and search finds what you type.

Incidents: record who was actually involved or injured - including people without an app account - and reporters keep access to their own reports.

Teams: invite people directly from the user list, see everyone's role at a glance, and upgrade your plan right from the app on the web.

Plus: a more discoverable project switcher, clearer screens on phones, better screen-reader support throughout, and dozens of smaller fixes.

### 1.15.1 — 2026-08-05

What's new in QuickInspect 1.15.1

This update brings everything from 1.15, including the Legal Register.

Legal Register: keep track of the laws, ordinances and technical rules your company has to meet. Record what applies, whether you comply, who is responsible and when it needs reviewing - and link each norm to the risk assessments, permits, hazardous materials and trainings that satisfy it.

Let AI build your register: answer a short questionnaire about your company - country, sector, size, activities and hazards - and QuickInspect suggests the norms that apply to you. Review the list, pick the ones you want, and they become real register entries. Suggestions link to the official source text wherever a reliable link exists. Available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and Polish.

Watch for changes: switch on monitoring for any norm and a monthly check flags it when the underlying rule changes.

For larger organisations: bind a norm to a department or a project, so each unit sees the obligations that concern it. Available on Enterprise plans.

Fixed in this release: creating a project no longer requires a photo. The field was never marked as required, so if you skipped it the form simply would not submit and nothing explained why. You can now create a project with or without an image.

Also fixed: reports are visible to the right people again, several buttons that did nothing now work, HSE Excellence Award nominations waiting on a reviewer no longer sit unseen, and the invite-your-team banner only appears if you can actually invite someone. AI usage figures now include the reasoning the model does before it answers, so the number you see is accurate.

Plus a faster home screen and a round of smaller fixes across the app.

### 1.14.0 — 2026-08-02

What's new in QuickInspect 1.14.0

Project-based access: you can now decide per person which projects they work with. Give a team member access to more projects, or limit a manager to just the sites they run. Company, department, contractor and project access all work together, so people see exactly what they should.

Permits are easier to request: anyone on your team can now draft a permit - think of it as requesting one. Approving stays with the right people: an approver has to belong to the same department or contractor as the work, unless they oversee the whole company. You decide who may draft and who may approve in Company Settings.

Clearer permission settings: the Feature Access page now explains how roles and access areas fit together, keeps advanced options out of the way until you need them, and shows who in your company can change these settings.

Company owners: you can now appoint more than one owner, so you are no longer the only person who can manage permissions, modules and billing access.

Security: this release closes several access issues found during a full review of our permission model.

Also: various fixes across training, inspections and permits, and better performance on large lists.

### 1.13.0 — 2026-07-24

What's new in QuickInspect 1.13.0

Change history on every record: see who changed what and when, with before-and-after values - on incidents, inspections, actions, permits, risk assessments, hazardous materials, assets and trainings.

Departments and contractors: build multi-level structures and every team sees exactly their own area, including everything nested below it. Assign the contractor a record concerns in every module, with searchable selection lists.

KPI dashboard: tap any card to open the matching records, and filter the whole dashboard by department or contractor.

HSE Excellence Awards: a new module to recognize outstanding safety performance.

Also: faster dashboards for large organizations, the accident report only where it applies, and many fixes and performance improvements.

### 1.12.0 — 2026-07-20

What's new in QuickInspect 1.12.0

Controlled Documents: manage your HSE policies, procedures and work instructions with versions, approvals and read confirmations - publish a new version and everyone's confirmation resets automatically. Organize with categories, numbers and tags.

Safety Objectives: set measurable OH&S targets and track them live against your incident rates. Linked targets appear right on the dashboard graph.

Smarter training AI: select approved documents as context and the AI generates slides and quiz questions from what your documents actually say. Plus one-tap narration audio for all slides.

A clearer dashboard: LTIR and TRIR in one graph with your targets drawn in, calculated on your company's rate basis.

Also: storage usage overview for admins, smoother invitations, and many fixes and performance improvements.
