## What is Quickio?

When you need to remind yourself quickly to do something, Quickio is your answer. Calendar, Reminders, and Emails, whatever works for you. The quicker you close our app, the happier we are.

Quickio works with the Apple Calendar, Reminders, and Mail apps already on your device. There are no new accounts to create and no new system to learn. Type it, send it, done.

CALENDAR & REMINDERS
• Add an event or reminder in seconds
• Choose which calendar or Reminders list to use
• Set a default event length
• Repeat daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, on weekdays, or on weekends
• Get alerted at the event time or up to a week before, or use a double alert so you're reminded early and again when it's time

EMAIL
• Send a quick note to yourself or anyone on your saved list
• Pick a default recipient so sending takes one tap
• Add attachments
• Optional subject prefix, signature, and message-in-subject, great for inbox rules and filters

MAKE IT YOURS
• Open straight to the tab you use most
• Light, dark, or automatic theme
• Supports Dynamic Type for larger, easier-to-read text
• Your settings and stats sync through iCloud, so they follow you to a new phone or a reinstall
• Helpful tips to get you started

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Quickio passes your events, reminders, and emails to Apple's own apps and stays out of the way. Their contents are never sent anywhere else. Your settings and stats are kept in your own iCloud account, so only you can see them.

And if you ever do stick around a little longer… there might be a potato or two hiding somewhere, including the infamous Potato King and his daughter Princess Potato.

This app is easy to use and very user friendly. I like being able to have event settings all in one place and I don’t have to look for all the different alerts and display options like on normal calendar events

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.44 — 2026-11-01

The Potato King got tired of setting everything up again every time he got a new phone, so he had his minions store his settings and stats up in the clouds. Now they follow you to a new phone or a reinstall too. The Princess just wanted to make sure her score never goes missing. The King also hired a royal counter to see which buttons get pressed the most (no names, he promises).

### 1.43 — 2026-10-26

The Potato King heard of the new mythical device called the Duo and immediately had his minions adjust things to make it easier to read on the new device.

### 1.42 — 2026-10-18

The King Potato was struggling to read the app in his old age so he had his people increase the size of the text for him to see. Hopefully others benefit from such a change.

### 1.41 — 2026-09-20

The potato's were hard at work on this one (not really) to get it ready for iOS27. Nothing exciting here!

### 1.4 — 2026-01-26

The times are a changing and the Potato Princess is here! Can you beat the Potato King in a friendly game to meet her? I guess they updated some things for iOS 26 as well why they were in there.
