Upon complaints they will promise you refund but you never receive the refund. It’s not my first order and experience but multiple orders and similar experience over the past couple of years. The packaging box is dirty always either with some stench or with random bunch of hair. It’s the worst. Save your money, time and effort. I am deleting this app for second time now. First They kept delayed the shipping, when they didn’t ship it in 14 days, I just couldn’t wait anymore and ask for refund. And called customer service several different times in those 14 days and couldn’t understand single word she was saying. I had to call multiple times just to get a response. They promised callbacks but never followed through. When I finally requested a refund due to their incompetence, they ignored it and sent the order anyway—missing $40 worth of items. Yet again, they promised to “look into it” and never did. However no order arrived and notifications from quicklly about not being able to deliver the order. I emailed them and they said yes we have received your order but no response to when it will be delivered. The next day I called their customer support - no apologies and barely able to hear them. I always try to be polite to customer service but the lady’s nonchalant attitude made me so angry. She casually said your order is a UPs order and will have to be delivered when they get to it. I have asked them to cancel my order. Never using this app again. And pls expect a complaint to BBB. **Developer response:** We're truly sorry to hear about your experience. I can get everything on the same platform - Pooja thaali to Rakhis to mithais and groceries for Raakhi lunch without spending my Saturday driving around.
