From lack of adherence to a schedule, repeated no shows, breaking items in my home, and sloppy jobs, this cleaning service is poorly run and their app is even worse.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced recently. However, it appears that your appointment was not scheduled with us, as we strictly adhere to our booking policies. I can assure you that no shows have never occurred in our company, which leads me to believe that you may be mistaking us for another service provider.


We have not received any reports regarding broken items, and we prioritise prompt responses in such situations, as well as any other mistakes that may occur.

Quicklyn has been a great service that matches me with high quality cleaners for our apartment. I’m able to get cleaners on short notice and have also been able to rebook with the cleaners I’ve liked best. The app is easy enough to use, they run seasonal promotions, and I get a discount for booking a recurring service. Overall, the cleaning is fairly priced ($45-$50/hour) for NYC.

This app is such a game changer! 
I used to waste so much time asking friends for recommendations or Googling, but now it’s so easy. Whenever I need a cleaning, I just book through the app, and they always send someone great. Everything’s always perfect. I’m super happy with it and definitely recommend it!
