Experience gets better and better. Thanks guys ### 1/5 — Access and User Experience *2026-04-11, version 3.4.20* The user interface and experience isn’t smooth. Also, because the domains are different (app vs the website) it causes issues. Residence have not been able to login to manage their visitors for weeks. There is a message after attempting to login that we’ll receive an email with instructions on how to login to the “new” application. There is no email sent, there are not instruction. In fact, they never sent out an email saying there would be a change. Our Guards are frustrated too. If you need something that works well, allows for convenient access, and easy personal updates, keep looking.
