Then asks you to update the app. Over and over. Let me know when you fix this thing! ### 1/5 — Update doesn’t work *2025-09-09, version 3.4.10* New update and it doesn’t let you log in. It keeps sending you to the update page. ### 1/5 — After update can’t log in *2025-09-09, version 3.4.10* I never had any problems with quick pass until this morning when I received a new email that I had to reset my password. Wouldn’t let me login without doing a reset. We should be able to access history and easily re-add guests. Should be a setting to always be notified by your preferred method and not have to re-enter with every guest as it is a nice feature to know once a guest has been admitted through gate. Initial username was an old email address. When I went to change it (which the system appears to allow) it now doesn’t recognize either username/email address. Cannot reset either username. ### 1/5 — Needs work *2022-01-29, version 2.7* Doesn't work many times. for example it will say unable to save, check data connection - on Android, iPad, and PC, both wifi and cell data. So the problem is THEIR connection. Other times it won't save or let you edit a visitor. Other times it won't let you send a QuickPass to a phone or email. But after many failures (a guest will show up multiple times on one platform but not exist on others), I figured out on the PC browser version that it only allows a unique code. Then there are times when I've added a guest multiple times but the gate guard doesn't see it on his system, so the guest can't get in (even after showing the guard the QuickPass). Worst software. ### 1/5 — A joke *2021-12-24, version 2.7* We live in Canyon Gate, a guarded community. We rely on QP texting to clear guests. It’s NEVER worked reliably and now the app. won’t let me change my password. Wife is on the HOA board. Also, because the domains are different (app vs the website) it causes issues. Residence have not been able to login to manage their visitors for weeks. There is a message after attempting to login that we’ll receive an email with instructions on how to login to the “new” application. There is no email sent, there are not instruction. In fact, they never sent out an email saying there would be a change. Our Guards are frustrated too. Someone robbed someone in our community and QuickPass was able to get footage of the vehicle & all of its information! Isn't that what is truly desired when adding guests quickly via you iOS device?? If you want the full featured site then log onto The quick pass site. I was able to add and remove visitors, update names, etc. pretty easily. If you live in a time zone that is + to location you want set the visitor access for - Example your in Europe and visitor access request for a property in America - you can’t set the date time any earlier the the time the device you are using thinks it is.
