## What is QuickQuote for Trades?

QuickQuote is a fast, simple quoting tool for plumbers, electricians, and HVAC techs.

Stand in the customer's house, tap in the parts and labor, and send a professional PDF quote by text or email before you leave. No account to create, no subscription, and no internet connection needed.

HOW IT WORKS
Set up once: add your business name, phone, email, license number, and logo, plus your labor rate, materials markup, and sales tax rate. Build a catalog of the parts and services you quote most often.

Then, for each job:
1. Enter the customer's name and contact details.
2. Tap items from your catalog. Adjust quantity with big plus and minus buttons, and change a price for this one job without touching your catalog.
3. Enter labor hours. Your saved rate fills in automatically, and you can override it.
4. Watch the running total update as you go.
5. Preview the PDF and share it through Messages, Mail, or any app on your phone.

BUILT FOR THE JOB SITE
Large buttons that work with gloves on.
A total that stays visible at the bottom of the screen while you scroll.
Materials markup applies to materials only, never to labor.
Set your sales tax rate once, then choose whether it applies to materials, to labor, or to both.
One switch removes tax from a tax exempt job.

TRACK YOUR WORK
See every quote with its status: Draft, Sent, Won, or Lost. The Jobs screen shows how many quotes you sent this month, your win rate, and the dollar value you won this month.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Everything stays on your iPhone. QuickQuote has no account, no ads, no analytics, and makes no network connections. Choosing a logo uses the system photo picker, so the app never needs access to your photo library.
