I keep saying the app doesn’t find the M10 reader, it doesn’t work on any iPhones. It’s been two times since I’ve reached out and I have not gotten any help. ### 3/5 — Connectivity *2021-10-20* The app is good on android however I can not pair the M010 Mpos device on my iPhone 13 with IOS15 it is not finding the device via Bluetooth. Let me just start of by saying this company is hands down one of the worst credit card processors I have ever worked with. When I first had a meeting with their agent I was most concerned with any risk hold policies their company might have, and their chargeback customer service. They assured me they dont have any risk holds and with their portal it would be very hard for customers who we can document proof to chargeback. 1- They put more than a $70,000 hold on the funds charged without any notice. 2-No one sent us a single chargeback notification and when I called their "chargeback specialist" she had no idea what she was talking about or even how to answer the simplest questions. Before signing with them I asked about all their horrible reviews and they assured me it was their competition. So I am here to tell you my name is Jennifer, you can reach me at 818.237.6461 and I was a client of Chargeanywhere and I want to save others the trouble of dealing with such a mess of a company. ### 5/5 — Awesome *2012-08-30* I no longer have to wait till the end of the day and put it my credit cards when I get home I can just swipe it when I'm at the customers place plus I get lower rates AWESOME ### 5/5 — Good product *2012-06-06* Used it at two traveling events. I get a lower exchange rate because cards are swiped and don't have to worry about taking home an old fashioned paper carbon slip and getting a decline after it's too late and the sale is gone. The credit card reader company said it was absolutely free, no charge except $5 a month if you made no transactions that month. I got a charge for $60 (from this company) out of the blue with no warning or notice and I havent even activated my account. Been battling to get my money back for two weeks and they keep beating around the bush and haven't given a clear answer a to why I was charged.
