Large number countries with unlimited calls is great. ### 5/5 — Solid support and product! *2026-03-09, version 1.2.0* They use a really neat outbound call feature where they use the cellular voice network to place the call while at the same time showing your business number. This prevents using the mobile carrier’s Internet for voice calls. This prevents dropped and laggy calls for they bypass the mobile carrier’s Internet and use the cellular voice network for making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls. At the same time, you get the benefit of using a mobile app. Which is great for logging CRM conversations. They also have integration to various CRM‘s. Awesome product! Their parent company Ringover, has an even better product for larger companies that scale out. I’m a small business so Quickcall is perfect for me, however, if I ever scale out, I can move to that. The sign-up process was smooth, and I was really happy that I was able to keep the same number I had previously under my account. Jay was extremely professional and very helpful in getting everything set up. He took the time to explain things clearly and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Quicktalk offers a lot of great features, and I’m super excited to start using them with my business. The setup process was incredibly easy — I had our business number up and running within minutes. Everything was simple to follow, and the system worked right away without any issues. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service. The support team was friendly, patient, and quick to respond. They walked me through each step of the setup and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was working smoothly. Quicktalk made the entire process stress-free and professional from start to finish. I’ve called and emailed and still haven’t gotten the gift cards. They lie and say it’s sent when it wasn’t. In short: a daily bombardment of robocalls that we never had before using this service. Also, I was told I’d get paid for leaving a 5-star review—but they never followed through. That’s why I’m changing it to one star and sharing my actual experience as a user. What if there is any error and their customer service center never answers you. Second, their slow. I asked one question and they told me they were going to call me back in 5 minutes, they never called me back. I waste one business day. Next day, I signed up and even pay, and I called them again and ask the reason why my account doesnt work. They said my account isnt activated so they can manually activate it and also send me the password reset link. They did not do anything and postpone everything over and over. Always lagging. There are no option for messages as well as contacts. When called to the customer care they say it will be available in an update.
