They have you sign up for a trial thats not good for more than 10 responses. Then if you pay for a basic account $20, it wont let you use the features you chose. They want an extra $80 to let you add an image? Are you joking me? Last, they "lock" the survey you spent time creating and ask you to upgrade. I buy lots of software for my work and this just felt so deceptive and predatory. I let them keep my $20, and closed my account. I couldn't even chat for an extra second with these creeps. **Developer response:** I'm sorry that your experience with the app was frustrating. I've just reviewed your case and can assure you your $20 refund was processed. If you would like to get back up and running our offer still stands to help edit your survey to be compatible with the plan you chose.
