When I downloaded it, it didn’t say that there were any in app purchases. The app has amazing features, it is reliable and delivers exactly what it says it will do. However, I honestly feel that without the customer service, QuickTapSurvey would simply be another online tool. Thank you SO much for walking me through each step, guiding me during an event when it was crucial for us to have surveys up and running and for always being available to talk or email. We currently are running 42 licenses and are extremely happy with the results and will be adding another 30 before the summer. We are in the data collecting industry, and I can honestly say that we consider QuickTapSurvey a crucial partner to our operations. I have been really impressed with how well the program works. I use the program in English and my field team is able to use the program in a Spanish. I like that I'm able to design lengthly surveys and easily download and manage large data sets. All the user permission settings are great too. Whenever I have questions, the customer support team has been very quick to respond and always gives me a personalized, comprehensive answer. They have you sign up for a trial thats not good for more than 10 responses. Then if you pay for a basic account $20, it wont let you use the features you chose. They want an extra $80 to let you add an image? Are you joking me? Last, they "lock" the survey you spent time creating and ask you to upgrade. I buy lots of software for my work and this just felt so deceptive and predatory. I let them keep my $20, and closed my account. I couldn't even chat for an extra second with these creeps. **Developer response:** I'm sorry that your experience with the app was frustrating. I used the app as an alternative to Survey Monkey as it could be used offline. This was no where to be seen when I downloaded the app and no where did I see it clearly say you would need to upgrade to collect more than 10 responses!
