This is the 3rd time this has happened always on the $3.50 or more surveys…lame!!! ### 1/5 — Cashed out, gift card never arrived *2026-05-15, version 4.5.13* Finally earned a gift card, cashed out my account. Gift card never arrived. I have attempted to contact the developer through the app twice with no response. It had me complete all those surveys to then reach the goal of $10 and verify my identity only to then lock me out saying I failed my identity check! But there sight just says- oops sight down- They then try to tell me I failed the verification process even though I never completed it. Gave it a shot, but not making progress. Used to be more reliable ### 1/5 — Gotten worse post recent update *2025-11-28, version 4.5.8* I don’t know why but it’s been impossible getting any surveys recently, it has been nice sure but after I updated the app it’s been impossible getting surveys and if I do the surveys quit out at the very end and don’t reward me, this app is terrible.
