I was shocked to realize just how simple and easy the app makes it to get new clients and communicate with them. I’ve enjoyed every lesson I’ve taught on this app and never thought it could get this simple. Zoom missed the mark and this thing puts each part together with messages, scheduling, payments, and teaching. Video calling could use an upgrade but I cannot complain due to how helpful it’s been overall! Actually I have had several people making requests for things that have nothing to do with tutoring. About a month or so ago I decided to quit this app, but when I try to delete the app I keep getting a permission denied message. I have tried to email QuickTutor several times, I believe 5 times now to ask for assistance but have gotten no response. Can someone, an actual human, from this app give me some assistance? So I tried to delete my account because it’s linked to my bank information. The app always gives an error message when I get to the final step to delete. I cannot unlink my bank information. I’ve emailed customer service and help multiple times and nobody has responded. It seems very suspicious. Don’t install this app and don’t link to your bank card or checking account. ### 1/5 — Hoping no more cons *2023-03-08, version 2.9.1* So far, I have received two cons requesting personal financial info! Hope legitimate people to tutor. ### 1/5 — Can’t recommend *2022-08-02, version 2.9.1* I’ve been on it for 3-4 years and have had only one session. In fact, in the last year the last 3-4 session requests have had no interest in tutoring; they were only using QuickTutor as a social dating site (they wanted to be my sugar momma). I’ve sent multiple emails and Facebook messenger messages and have gotten no response; I was even at one point Facebook friends with the founder and now I’m not. I’ve looked on QuickTutor’s Facebook page and it has had very little activity. I went to the app to delete my account and despite my putting in the correct code, I was denied the ability to delete my account. I can’t recommend this app for tutoring help. ### 1/5 — CEO *2022-04-21, version 2.9.1* Don’t use this app it is run by a coward from Wyandotte “The Dirty Dotte” Michigan with a dumb fake Napoleon mentality who will cheat you out of your money. ### 1/5 — Can’t cancel my account *2022-01-03, version 2.9.1* All I’m getting is weird connects trying to date me. And now I can’t cancel my account??!!! I’ve sent emails over the last six months and never heard back. Every time I go through the process to delete my account t the app tells me “permission denied.” My advice to you is don’t download this app. It is useless, you wont be able to make any substantial income and most of the time you’re dealing with inappropriate messages from users trying to get you to do their homework for them. ### 1/5 — I’m not getting work *2020-12-13, version 2.9.1* I’m getting inappropriate messages in my inbox. People send connection requests, but not ask for any help, what’s going on? ### 1/5 — Broken - Does not allow you to delete account *2020-07-29, version 2.9.0* DO NOT SIGN UP! Besides this app being useless in regards to actually getting you gigs, they are breaking regulations by not allowing you to delete your account. I have sent messages to their support, but I have not gotten anything in return. Based on the 2fa texts I have received, this seems like a small, side gig using Google Firebase that is probably not supported very frequently. Again, DO NOT SIGN UP. Not worth it. ### 1/5 — Lawsuit waiting to happen! *2020-05-23, version 2.9.0* I’m a tutor on the app. I got my first client, did a whole hour of tutoring, and got ZERO money for it. One part of the app says I don’t have any transaction history, another part says my transactions are -$2.00. I better not be LOSING money to tutor people. I confirmed with my client that she was charged $17 to her card—where did that money go?? Also, we agreed to $25/hr so there’s no reason she should’ve been charged only $17 anyway. I’ve emailed support and no response. If I don’t hear from quicktutor soon you can bet I’m filing a lawsuit because who knows how much money they’ve stolen from people! Not to mention collecting SSNs and bank accounts for apparently no reason! ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great application *2026-05-09, version 2.9.1* I believe it’s new to the UK and still needs the UK phone number added to the user’s registration but it’s very nice.
