The process of booking the appointment, contacted by Joshua, the technician that he would be arriving, to getting the call that I can walk out, my car was ready, was flawless. My car took a beating from a season of soccer games and tournaments for 3 boys. It looked again as the day I took delivery. The experience is super easy, straightforward and most importantly enjoyable. I love the new app updates! It feels like the Apple of Car Washes. They must’ve gotten new rockstar developers because compared to their old app this one is LIGHTYEARS better. Please keep updating the app! They’re so helpful, nice, understanding and the best part is they come to me. I pointed out some things I wanted removed and they did it no problem. It was so quick too- only 45 minutes and it came out basically brand new. They always have promos too when you have the app! I booked a day before and the guy who came and did my clean was on time and INCREDIBLE. My car looks newer than when I got it. I got the Premium wash but I’ll probably follow up next month with a $50 Quick wash since it’s been 2 weeks and my car still looks great.
