## What is Quiet Budget?

Budgeting that doesn't shout.

Quiet Budget is a calm, manual money tracker, no bank linking, no ads, no notifications nagging you about a $4 coffee. Every transaction goes in by hand, on purpose, so you actually notice where your money's going.

The mainstream finance apps want to connect to your bank, parse your accounts, monetize your data, and serve you "AI insights." Quiet Budget does none of that. No bank connections. No ads. No analytics. No AI reading your spending. The app works fully offline with no account at all — your money is your business.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and never renews.

PRIVACY, FOR REAL
Quiet Budget is local-first. With no account, everything stays on your device — nothing is transmitted, and there is nothing for us to collect. There is no advertising, no tracking and no analytics SDK anywhere in the app, on any tier.

Only if you choose to turn on the optional account and sync does any of your data leave your device — encrypted in transit and stored in a private space tied to your account. We never sell it, mine it, or advertise against it. You can export everything, or delete your account and its synced copy, at any time from inside the app.

The category picker is friendlier too: just start typing. Search by whatever you'd actually call it — type "fuel" and Gas/Transport shows up — and the detail field now sits right under the category.
