## What is Quiet Sit?

Quiet Sit is a companion for daily toilet-sitting routines. Made for parents who want structure without nagging, and children who need calm without pressure.

Hand your child the phone at sit time. A quiet activity plays: a garden, a snow globe, a firefly forest, a campfire. There are no goals, no scoring, no way to fail. When the timer ends, they tap what happened. Done. Tried. That's it.

WHAT THE APP DOES
• Structure a calm sit-time routine you can rely on every day
• Show a quiet, drifting scene while your child sits (no games to win)
• Track sits gently in a private history — no comparisons, no streaks
• Set daily reminders for consistent sit times (Pro)
• Save a weekly reflection: one prompt, only visible on your device
• Export a private PDF of your history to email (Pro)

DESIGNED WITH CARE FOR
• Parents managing consistent daily routines
• Children learning to sit still without stress
• Families in later-stage encopresis treatment (companion to EncoPath)

GUIDING PRINCIPLES
• Effort is always enough. Trying counts. Sitting without outcome counts.
• Parent and child see different views. The child sees only "now."
• Nothing looks late, broken, or behind.
• Structure so parents don't have to argue about sit time.

WHAT QUIET SIT IS NOT
• Not a game with points, scores, or achievements
• Not a medical or diagnostic tool
• Not a rewards or shame-based approach
• Not something that measures performance

FREE FOREVER
• Daily sit tracking
• Weekly reflection prompt
• A calm activity: Weather Garden

PRO SUBSCRIPTION
• The full set of calm activities (Snow Globe, Zen Garden, Bubble Float, Kite Sky, Firefly Glen, Dress Up, Potion Lab, Under the Sea, Campfire, Star Chart, City at Night, and more)

PRIVACY FIRST
• No ads. No data sold.
• During Child Mode there is no sign-in, no account access, and no data collection — just a quiet ambient activity while the child sits.
