## What is QuietNap?

QuietNap is a nap alarm designed for short, quiet rest.

Choose a white noise sound, set your nap duration, and enable Headphones Only mode when you need to avoid disturbing others. When Headphones Only is enabled, nap sounds and alarm sounds will not play through the speaker if no headphones are connected. If vibration is enabled, QuietNap can remind you with vibration instead.

It is useful for offices, libraries, dorm rooms, commuting breaks, or any place where you want to rest without making noise.
