## What is QuietOS?

A home screen that lets you breathe.

Before Instagram opens, it asks - "How long you want to use Instagram for?" 
It then displays a timer so you stay mindful of your minutes. 

QuietOS offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue using the app.

Subscription options:
• Monthly: £2.99 / month
• Annual: £19.00 / year  (save 47%)
• Lifetime: £39.00 (one-time purchase)

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings.
