I ordered twice through this delivery service. Both times the delivery was late. On the first occasion they blamed the restaurant for their tardiness and I didn’t get the order until 3 hours later than promised (it was dinner for a birthday party and we had to scramble to make alternative arrangements for our guests). I was given a coupon code as an apology for the late delivery. So I thought maybe it was a fluke and they were having a bad day. Totally not the case! Fast forward to today. I placed my order and selected a delivery window. The coupon code did not work. And I received my order 1 1/2 hours later than the delivery window selected, with the company blaming the restaurant and traffic for their tardiness yet again. I will NEVER use this service again and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Quikbox has been great! The app is easy to use, fun to browse on and delivery has been effective and safe.
