## What is Quill?

Quill is a private baby tracker that lives on your phone — and only your phone.
Track sleep, feeds, diapers, growth, milestones, and more. Nothing is sent to a server. There are no accounts, no cloud, no ads, and no tracking. Just a quiet, simple space to record the small moments of your baby's earliest days.

Sleep and naps, with quick-tap timers and wake-window guidance based on your baby's age
Feeding: nursing timers (left and right), bottles in oz or ml, and pumping sessions

When you want a backup, Quill creates an encrypted file that only you can open, protected by a password only you know. You choose where it lives — iCloud Drive, Files, a thumb drive. Quill never sees it.
