Three years worth of subs will not download and latest issue has not been paid, because subscription seems to have stopped - not by me. ### 1/5 — Good company gone bad? *2018-01-25* Like everyone else, I’m unable to access my subscription to quilting arts magazine. Sad that this good company has not offered any explanation or support to its loyal customers. Do not subscribe or renew till this problem is fixed. Canceling my subscription. ### 1/5 — Painful to write *2018-01-22* I love this magazine, and I have loved it for years, first as a hard copy subscriber and later as a digital subscriber. Since this update, not only can I NOT get the most current issue; it is also impossible to access the previous issues I have paid for by subscription over the years. The newest update asks you to restore, which has always been straightforward, until now. Nothing will download. I have worked with iTunes support, and it is clear it is an issue with Interweave. I wrote to Interweave, and after several days, I called. The first person I spoke with was rude. The second was pleasant and said she would send the problem on to the appropriate person. Almost immediately I got an email saying they were overloaded and to write again if I still had the problem! I did. No help, no response. So I have paid for years of subscription and now have NO access to my paid for product. I will be glad to write a positive review with 5 stars once I have access to my paid-for subscription. At this point, don’t subscribe. You will be paying money for an empty subscription. I don’t know what legal recourse I have, but if they don’t fix this, they will need to send me years worth of hard copies to give me what I have paid for. Disappointing for a company with which I have done business for years. Buyers beware. ### 1/5 — App not working *2018-01-03, version 2.0* This new app is not working for this subscriber. I paid the $27 subscription fee, and after 2 issues could no longer download current issues. What a TOTAL SCAM. Tech support at itunes said they were not responsible for the problem, and that I should contact Interweave. Interweave said to contact iTunes. OTHER REVIEWERS have the same PROBLEM! Take some good advice - leave this mediocre magazine app to rot in cyberspace. ### 1/5 — I am unhappy, too *2012-05-31* I am having the same problem as previous reviewer. I have happily downloaded And enjoyed the first 3 issues of my one year subscription. Now everything is a mess. I sent emails to Quilting Arts mag and Interweave and just got handed off to someone else. At the bottom of that email was an address at zinio. Did some research and found that they also sell the mag but I didn't buy from them. Don't know what's going on but I can't read my mag, all my old issues are missing and no one is helping me. Disappointed. This is exactly what keeps me from digital mags. I am sight impaired and require large print reading materials. I was able to enlarge all of the advertisment, but none of the articles. I bought this app because I am no longer able to read the magazine without aid of Magnifying equipment. QA changed something in the App and now I no longer have access to my magazines. I am able to access the current issue only. Why didn’t QA stick with Zinio? I have always subscribed directly with QA and have been reading it on Zinio since they moved the magazine there. I have an unbroken set going back to Dec 2008- Jan 2009. However, having tried unsuccessfully to use the QA app when it was launched and having reported the matter to them and to Zinio I was advised by Zinio to contact QA for proof of purchase but have heard nothing from QA. Like the previous comment I find that the current issue which I have paid for isn’t even on my Zinio app. ### 1/5 — Everything is blank *2018-10-28* I am having the same problem that other reviewers have described: no content and no help. I would like either my magazines or my money back. ### 1/5 — Hate this app *2018-07-29* I HATE what you have done to this app. I’ve been a subscriber for years print and digital. Losing issues that I’ve paid for is beyond frustrating! Don’t tell me about the “restore” function it’s not functional after repeated attempts following your bogus instructions. If you can’t get it right take it off the market and send us the print copies. I WILL NOT renew the digital subscription and may just buy it on the newsstand when I’m inclined to read it again. Would love to change the review back to more stars if I could read the magazines.. Another week and I still can not get to my magazines. No response from customer service at all. If you want the magazine I suggest you get it from a newsstand. Update: I have tried to many times to view my magazines. Each time and there have been may, that I have to go thru customer support to reinstall everything in order to read anything. It is getting truly ridiculous at this point and am not renewing my subscription. I am just going to kiss my online issues good bye. If you never read this magazine check it out! Every issue is packed with inspiration :-) I would love the option to buy back issues so I can have every issue on my iPad.
