I then was able to import that block into a quilt layout I easily designed. I was able to save all my pieces in layers, able to save each block element in any rotation and color, or use my own picture of fabric, (easily taken at fabric store or screen shooting website photos), mask it to a shape and add it to the block or quilt. It works exactly like a quilt wall board. You build the blocks, then assemble them on your board. Then you can print to use as accurate temple or use as a heat transfer to create your own T-shirt’s, scrapbook pages or fabric. All from my iPhone. It’s brilliant. Tutorials on YouTube, the developer is easy to communicate with, and is constantly upgrading features and interface. He’s always just a DM away. No more graph paper, colored pencils and a flannel sheet pinned to the wall for me. No more test quilts thinly disguised as “pillows”. Great interface that is customizable. What you see and build is what you get for your end result. Worth the money just for the time you’ll save looking for your drawing stuff under a pile of fat quarters. ### 5/5 — Great app, easy and fun to use *2020-06-22, version 1.47* This app is great to keep all my ideas together in one place - no more keeping up with doodles and yardage calculations floating around the house! Customer service is stellar. I asked about the possibility of adding a feature, and it was developed and I was using it within a week! I love this app! I reached out to customer service on a question and was immediately contacted, the customer service is awesome! I love all of the customizing features of the app and it seems to be improving all the time with new features, I’m excited to continue using this app to plan and design my quilts. My favorite features are uploading your own photos for quilt squares, the measuring feature and being able to choose exactly what size work area you’re planning and the number of squares that will go into it. Yes, even with the bugs, I’m rating high because of the support (and I’m optimistic). Chris is amazing in being responsive, communicative, helpful, friendly, diligent in fixing problems - and so fast! I love that I will be able to pull in pictures of my choice to play with and get the best look, as well as design my own patterns. I’m also looking forward to utilizing Instagram for support in it. None of them come close to the capabilities of Quiltler and Quiltler2. Quiltler 2 is the perfect app for getting an actual idea of what your quilt will look like. The only app that will let you design large quilts, overlay templates on top of your own uploaded fabrics and you can edit multiple blocks at the same time. You can change the orientation of your blocks and templates and can see what colors work well together. It makes it “sew” easy to lay out a quilt design before I even begin to cut my fabric! AND, I can even take a pic of my fabric and use that picture as part of my design in my blocks. Very user friendly! And if you have any suggestions, the developer will take all suggestions and comments into consideration and incorporate those into the app if at all possible. This is my Go-To before I cut my fabric for a quilt❤️ ### 5/5 — Great app! *2019-08-31, version 1.06* Quiltler 2 has been a great addition to the first Quiltler app. It really has helped speed up design and iteration! The developer is really on the ball as well with answering questions and solving issues. Seems buggy still & hasn’t received an update in almost a year. The only reason I still attempt using it is because I can upload images of my fabric patterns. If I can find another app that will let me do that, then I will delete this one even though I paid for the full version of it.
