You hold equity in your startup and maybe some angel investments. See them both in one place, together, on your device and only on your device. We don't send any of your data to our servers.

Quin is a private financial intelligence app that lives on your phone. It tracks your private holdings in one place, runs calculations in the background, and tells you when something needs attention.

Everything stays on your device; the data about your holdings never leaves your phone. No accounts to link, no documents to upload, no data sitting on someone else's server.

What Quin does today:
- Tracks your startup equity — vesting schedules, exercise costs, grant dates
- Tracks your angel portfolio — companies, instruments, cost basis, valuations
- Watches for 83(b) election deadlines and links you to the IRS e-filing portal
- Monitors QSBS eligibility clocks across your holdings
- Simulates the impact of leaving your startup on your holdings
