Show common bodies *2026-08-31, version 1.260818.0* My problem isn't with the products or prices, but it's VERY DIFFICULT to know what a piece of clothing looks like when all of the models have rare body types. All of the ratios are unrealistic. When the model has exceptionally long legs or torso, even picking out a simple item like underwear becomes difficult because common people won't have their clothing sitting where the model has the clothing sitting. The only place I've seen non-aberrant humans on Quince is when demonstrating "Shapewear". ### 5/5 — High quality at the right price *2026-08-20, version 1.260804.1* I recently discovered Quince, and I have fallen head over heels for them. Their clothing made from high quality organic fabrics. Every piece is perfectly tailored. I love the styles, colors, quality for the price, and especially the cashmere. I’ve purchased several pieces now, including some in multiple colors, because they’re soft, luxurious, versatile and easy to wear. The one thing keeping me from giving five stars is pilling. I’ve experienced noticeable pilling on a couple of my cashmere sweaters, and I would really love to see improvement in durability or more guidance from Quince on the best way to prevent and manage it. When I love a sweater enough to buy it in multiple colors, I definitely want to keep it looking beautiful! Shame on you for not being inclusive. Some people shop on an iPad not a phone… so you decide to exclude them? No way for me to enter my password and therefore use the app. ### 1/5 — Unable to add anything to Cart *2026-07-09* There was nothing wrong with the app back in May. Then mid-June the same issue started occuring like it did last year. All items in the "New Arrivals" or new items from June come up with "unable to add to cart" when trying to add the items to my cart. Can't even add anything from my wishlist, but at least I can finally see it and edit it. And the only items I can place in my cart are items already in my "Saved for Later" only. Basically, with the new update, I can't add anything to my cart unless it is already there in my "Saved for Later" only. I let customer service know but my email just keeps getting passed around. So frustrating as I am missing out on some items I would like to purchase from the "New Arrivals" and items from my Wishlist. Due to this ongoing issue I even missed out on items that were in stock back in June from the new arrivals, but because of this issue they are now "Out of Stock" and I have to wait until this problem is fixed and the items back in stock. I keep doing all the tech things to do to get the app to work like updating, delete and reload, refreshing my phone, etc. but nothing. Same with doing it on another device, but ordering on another device makes no sense since there are items that are app exclusive. So ordering through the app makes more sense. Can't believe past few updates are acting glitchy again with the same issue from last year. This absolutely affects being able to order from the quince app. And everything was running so smoothly. I can't finish placing my order because of this mess. So frustrating!! **Developer response:** Hi there.
